Sunday we featured another fabulous Wine and Dine pairing with the Black Sheep. We thoroughly enjoy the wine pairing dinners since it allows us to showcase the magnificent pairings of Staller Estate Wines but also the extraordinary work of Tyler Sailsbery of the Black Sheep.

Food, Wine and Music on the Lake Geneva shore

Sunday we had the Honor of supporting a fabulous organization in Lake Geneva; The Lake Geneva Symohony Orchestra. The event was a wine and hor d’oeuvres pairing held near the shores of Lake Geneva with the Lake Geneva Symphony Orchestra entertaining the more than 120 guests.

Painting the Vineyard

This last weekend was been a very busy weekend, we have had lots of excitement at Staller Estate Winery. We welcomed two very exciting guests to the winery, The Turtle Creek Chamber Orchestra and Renee Bebeau our featured artist, the orchestra played lovely music as Renee brushed her canvas to the sound of the music.

Earlier this week I was out tending to the vineyard, doing our normal pruning and training of the vines, re-positioning the shoots and grapes for optimum sun exposure and ventilation so that they have the best conditions to mature and ripen properly.
