In the past month we have released two new wines, stop out while supplies last. We be releasing a new food menu at the beginning of June for your summer picnics.

 

On Sunday, June 8, 2014 we will be hosting a Father’s Day Wine Luncheon, a five course meal catered by The Black Sheep restaurant and paired with Staller wines.

New Bud Week 1
New Bud Week 2
The grapevines on the Estate have just starting their four month growing season. After a winter of dormancy and our spring pruning, the buds begin to swell, called the bud swell stage (the top picture). The second picture shows how the vines look now, they are at the end of bud swell and the leaves are about to emerge. New this year we are going to show you the life of a bud and how it develops throughout the growing season. We will keep you posted with pictures, however we also encourage you to come check out the vineyard in person throughout the summer! Come have a picnic at one of our tables on the patio or feel free to bring your own blanket/chairs!

In the Winery
Pictured above is Nicole Kendall. She will be playing from 1-4pm on Saturday, May 24 at our Open House.
 
We have been very busy in the winery bottling practically every weekend to prepare for summer months. We are very proud of our two new wines that we have released as they are both unlike anything we have ever done before. If you haven’t had an opportunity to stop out and sample them you should definitely make sure to get a taste as they are very pleasing to the pallet.  
 
Memorial Day is right around the corner. Think about stopping out to stock up on wine and cheese for all of your holiday parties. We have many new cheeses that we will be featuring this summer as well as some new food items on our menu.

Local artist Ken Cottingham is our featured artist for May and June. He has been so kind as to bring us 32 new paintings that will surely take your breath away. Be sure to stop by and check out his work!
